WCTS Check Writing Policy

All checks for the PTA should be made payable to WCTS PTA. Please include the following information on all checks:

(1) Phone Number,
(2) Student’s name and Home Room # and
(3) What the check is for (Example: Mary Black, HR#82, Membership Dues)

A $25 BANK CHARGE WILL BE INCURRED ON ALL BOUNCED CHECKS.  FAILURE TO MAKE GOOD ON A BOUNCED CHECK WITHIN 5 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION FROM THE TREASURER WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CHECK WRITING PRIVILEGES.
