About the website:

The Warren County Technology Project for the 2001 - 2002 school year was to develop a multi-media resource tool for schools and the community to use to learn facts about Warren County, New Jersey. Students in grades K-12 creatively researched and compiled county information while infusing learning experience with technology. This county-wide project provided a noteworthy opportunity for community and schools to work together.

Projects created include:

360º / virtual tours of historical sites;
slide show presentations / tours depicting local municipalities; and
photo galleries of historical sites.

Project Listserv

We encourage you to join our listserv to get updated information as it becomes available, and to collaborate with other educators and historical resource contacts.

What is a Listserv?

Listservs are virtual "bulletin boards" where you can post questions and comments and respond to items posted by others, using nothing more than standard E-mail. A listserv mailing list basically allows you to send one message to a central address and have that message distributed to all other subscribers. The subscribers share a common interest, and in your case this project, Warren County: A Kaleideoscope for Kids. If someone responds to your message, that response is, in turn, distributed to all subscribers. The result is a running conversation to which you can contribute or simply read as it progresses.
