How will price determine how you will spend
your trip with your family and how you and your family will interact as a
result? |
||||||||||||||||
|
1.
Students will complete an itinerary for their family trip and a
spread sheet of costs providing the best trip possible for the least amount
of money. |
||||||||||||||||
|
After students complete a research project on
a state, students need to plan a trip to that state. They need to plan a
driving route, hotel stops and gas stops and the cost for it all. Once they
have reached their state, they need to have activities planned for their
family. They need to plan trips within their state, factor in travel time
between places, and cost of the activities. They are to spend a week in their
state before heading home. They also need to plan a return trip in the same
manner. They need to spend the least amount of money possible while still
providing a fun trip for their family. |
||||||||||||||||
|
Students may use the computer to research cost
of different attractions in their state. They must also set up a spread sheet
to keep track of the cost per day for the trip. |
||||||||||||||||
|
Students will be able to use AAA books or
internet depending on what they are more comfortable with. The students are
able to plan the activities with their family depending on their interests.
Students who need more help would be allowed to research |
