The One Computer Classroom

With recent federal and state initiatives to upgrade technology, over 70% of our public schools have at least one computer in their classrooms. As Technology Coordinator and computer teacher, I have witnessed first-hand the plight of the one (or two) computer classroom, where computers are used infrequently, if at all. Many teachers do not have the training nor the resources, to incorporate these computers into their classroom activities. As a Technology Fellow for the State of New Jersey, I have had the opportunity to research, design, and compile strategies, classroom activities, and extended resources for the teacher in the one-computer classroom. With thanks to my many sources, this website is a compilation of all the best concepts and resources I could find and assemble. I hope that some of the ideas teachers find here will help them to more effectively infuse technology into their daily lessons. Contact InformationPlease contact me at:
